In accordance with our Child Safety Standards and the Brazilian Digital ECA, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. We actively monitor our platform to ensure no CSAE/CSAM is stored or transmitted. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

3. Infrastructure & Data Security

VoteMerit utilizes a self-hosted backend infrastructure for data management. We do not share your personal data or browsing metadata with third-party cloud database providers. All data is stored securely on our own private server environment managed by Byteaim.

4. Google Sign-In Data

When you choose to sign in using your Google account, we receive certain information from Google, including your email address, full name, and profile picture URL.

This information is used strictly for:

• Creating and maintaining your VoteMerit account.
• Personalizing your user profile within the application.
• Securing your account and verifying your identity.

We do not sell this data or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
