Óscar Naranjo

Óscar Naranjo (b. 1956) is a retired general and former Vice President of Colombia (2017–2018). As a senior law-enforcement official, he played a major role in security reform, anti-narcotics operations, and human rights advisory work. He is respected for his public-service career and technocratic competence in security policy.
