About Ahmed Ouyahia

Ahmed Ouyahia (b.1952) is a veteran Algerian politician who served multiple times as Prime Minister (1995–1998, 2004–2006, 2008–2012, 2017–2019). Known as a crisis manager and close to the ruling elite, he resigned in 2019 and later faced prosecution in anti-corruption cases that led to convictions.
